We at ChiefMax are committed to our items' quality and to our customers' satisfaction. We offer a one year warranty on all of our power supply products from the date of purchase. To return an item for warranty service, you must request a return material authorization (RMA) number. All RMA requests without RMA numbers will not be processed. Please fill out our on-line RMA form, and our representatives will e-mail you instructions on how to return your item. Failure to fill out the RMA form completely will cause a delay in RMA processing. The warranty shall not apply if the item is modified, misused, tampered with, subjected to abnormal working conditions, or transferred to someone other than the original consumer purchaser.

Terms and Conditions


  • All units must be accompanied by original proof of purchase (copy of receipt) and an RMA number issued by a representative of ChiefMax. All RMA requests without RMA numbers will not be processed.
  • ChiefMax will only pay the freight to return the item back to the customer. We do not reimburse shipping costs.
  • Items being returned must be in original packaging with all accessories (cables, manuals, registration cards, etc.)
  • RMA forms partially filled out or without detailed description of the problem or without copy of original reciepts may be rejected.
  • Physical Damages to unit during transit voids any warranties.
